摘  要:对偏置直动盘形凸轮机构进行了运动分析,提出影响该凸轮机构运动精度的原因主要有尺寸间隙类因素、动态特性类因素。尺寸间隙类因素包括凸轮和滚子的几何尺寸和偏心尺寸、推杆偏置尺寸、转动副和移动副间隙尺寸及磨损量;动态特性类因素包括凸轮机构的运动加速度、凸轮曲线特性、转动惯性、弹簧回位滞后引起的推杆位置误差。具体阐述了影响运动精度的几种形式,并采用小位移的线性叠加原理计算了若干因素所引起的推杆位置误差。The motion of the deviation-placed and straight-moving pan-like roller cam is analyzed and the factors that influence the motion precision of such a cam are put forward, mainly including dimension clearance and the motion characteristics. Dimension clearance consists of shape and eccentric distance of the cam and the roller, the deviation-placed distance of the push rod, the clearance dimension and wear allowance of the pairs of rotation and movement, while the motion characteristics comprise the acceleration of the cam mechanism, the curvilinear characteristics of the cam, the rotation inertia, and the position error of the push rod caused by the delay of the return of the spring. Besides, the forms that have an influence on the motion precision are clarified and the position error of the push-rod by using linear adding principle of small displacement is calculated.
