摘　　要：目的探讨人自体颅骨离体保存回植修复颅骨缺损的方法和疗效。方法采用超低温冷藏、蜂蜜浸泡冷冻保存和自然干燥室温自体颅骨保存法后行回植术,观察各自疗效。结果3种体外自体颅骨保存的自体颅骨回植临床疗效均显著,并发症少。结论超低温冷藏、蜂蜜浸泡冷冻保存和自然干燥室温保存自体颅骨原位回植方法安全、简便、临床效果好,值得推广。Objective To investigate the different methods and therapeutic effect of autogenous skull replantation stored in vitro to repair skull defect. Methods Isolated skulls were stored by means of ultra low temperature storage or airdry or cryopreservation with honey, then autogenous skull replantation was performed and the therapeautic effects were observed respectively. Results The therapeautic effects in the three groups were all quite obviously, with few complications. Condusion The autogenons skull replantation after the preservation of ultra low temperature, airdry or cryopreservation with honey is an effective, safe. simole wav to reoair skull defect, which should he. widely used in clinic.
