摘　　要：目的：探讨小切口手法切核白内障摘出术的临床疗效，在中小城市及困难地区广泛开展意义重大。方法：术前所有病例在有条件地区均检测角膜曲率及眼轴长度。做巩膜隧道切口，环形撕囊，切核刀劈核。结果：术后第l天裸眼视力≥o．5者268眼（58％）。术后1周及1个月裸眼视力〉0．5者406眼（88％）。术后主要并发症为晶体后囊膜破裂，术后主要并发症为角膜水肿。结论：小切口手法切核摘出白内障人工晶体植入术。设备简单，并发症少，术后恢复快，疗效好，可在中小城市广泛推广和应用。Objective：Probe into small incision the margin technique to cut the nuclear cataract to extirpate the technique the clinical curative effect,widely to develop watershed in the center small city and the field difficult area. In front of the method,the technique all case of illness in have the condition area to examine the cornea curvature and the eye axis length. Makes sclera the tunnel margin, ring--like rips the pouch,cuts the nuclear knife to divide the nucleus. Result： After technique first day open hole vision≥0. 5 268 （58%）. Technique latter week and month open hole vision 0.5 406 （88%）. After the technique the main illness complication the pouch membrane bursts after the crystal, after technique main illness complication for cornea dropsy. Conclusion： The small margin technique cuts the nucleus to extirpate the cataract artificial crystal to implant the technique. Equipment simple, illness complication few, after the technique restores quickly,the curative effect is good,may in the center young city widespread promotion and the application.
