摘　　要：困扰着我国体育社团的改革问题由来已久,本文以省市地区的单项体协为主要研究对象,阐释当前政府与社团属性关系、政府的指导性与增强社团民间性关系、场馆与经费问题关系、以及体育社团体制的创新性与稳定性、全局性等问题,指出体育社团的改革应满足社会大众的需求,具有独立自主和创新稳定的运作方式,增强实体化功能,才能使社团健康地发展,更好地共建和谐的社会。This paper studies single--item sport Organizations in provinces so as to explain the current relations between the government and the community attributes, the government＇s guiding policy and enhancing societies＇ folk, stadiums and funding, sports associations innovation and stability. The study indicates that, based on requirement of Community, the reform of Sports Organizations must be an independent and innovative and stable operation with enhanced functional entities. Its purpose is to the healthy development of society, the better to build a harmonious society.
