摘 要:应用有限元理论提出了基于车身关键点三维变形的事故再现方法.以某起车障碍物碰撞事故为例,建立车身、驾驶员及事故现场环境的有限元模型,根据事故特点,确定碰撞速度及角度为变化因素,在车身上选择关键点作为研究对象,综合应用响应面理论和均匀设计方法最终求解得到碰撞前车与被撞物围墙之间的角度、碰撞接触时刻的汽车运动速度及在事故中人体伤害的评价.结果表明,应用有限元方法可以对缺少刹车印迹的事故进行再现研究,同时与传统方法相比该方法具有较高的计算精度.One traffic accident reconstruction method was brought forward based on the deformation of the key points on auto-body. In the case of one accident, the finite element model of the auto-body, the driver and the accident scene were finished. According to the character of the accident, the two variables and the eleven key points were chosen. The angle between the vehicle and the wall, and the velocity at the time of contact were solved by applying the theory of response surface methodology and the method of uniform design. The driver' injury was also evaluated by the finite element method. It is still cost mass time to apply the new method in traffic reconstruction, so the method could not take the place of the traditional methods, but it is a good supplement to solve some problems that could not be finished well by other methods.
