摘　　要：信息技术在很大程度上改变了高校教学环境和教学条件,但教学理念和教学方法改变却很迟缓。文章以《现代远程教育》课程为例,论述了这门课程从设计、实施到评价的教学改革过程,指出Blended Learning为高校教学改革提供了一个新的思路和方法。Information technology has greatly changed the teaching environment and conditions at universities. However, reforms in teaching concept and methods lag far behind. Taking Modern Distance Education Course as an example, the paper introduces the teaching reform process ofdesign, implementation and evaluation. It points out that Blended Learning provides a new train of thought and method for university teaching reforms.
