摘 要:绩效考核是现代医院提高核心竞争力的战略性管理理念和管理方法,平衡记分卡是绩效考核中平衡非财务角度和财务角度的综合评价体系。本文就绩效考核和平衡记分卡进行了理论上的相关探讨,并就我院作为深圳市宝安区试点医院应用平衡记分卡进行绩效考核的相关情况作了叙述。通过我院作为试点进行绩效考核得出的相关结论,认为在公立医院引入平衡记分卡进行绩效考核具有可行性。Performance assess is a manage method to improve modern hospital's strength. There is important meanings to carry through performance assess in modern hospitals. Balanced scorecard is an effective manage tool and it is an estimate system which can balance financing angels and not financing angels of hospitals. The theoretic and practices of establishing an estimate system in domestic hospitals are according with their characteristics. In this chapter, we discuss performance and Balanced scorecard in theoretic, and describe how Xi Xiang hospital as the Bao An health system' s experiment unit to carry through the performance assess. Base on the conclusions of Xi Xiang hospital, we think that it is feasibility to use Balanced scorecard to carry through performance assess in public hospitals
