摘　　要：鱼（Ｈ．ｍｏｌｉｔｒｉｘ）是我国淡水养殖业中的“四大家鱼”之一，也是我国特产．鲢鱼为硬骨鱼类，属于鲤形目鲤科，又名白链．生活在水上层，性情活泼善跳，其食物以浮游植物为主，分布较广．它的生活环境、食性等对其生理、组织结构均有一定影响，也就是说，结构与功能是相适应的统一的．关于鲢鱼大体解剖有过较系统的报道，而对组织学的形态结构文献颇少，而欲进一步探讨其生理生态的研究又必须有组织学的基础．因此本文主要报道它的消化系统组织学的结构特点和研究结果．Hypophthalmichthys molitrix is one of “the four larger domeatic fish” in the freshwater breeding.It′s a specific product in China.It belongs to Cypriniformes Cyprinidae and hard born fishes.It lives in the shallow water.The character is lively and good at jumping.Its environment and feeding habits have some influence upon tissue structure.So it′s different from other fishes.The histological structure of the digestive system is mainly discussed.
