三氮烯类试剂在镉光度分析中的应用

摘　　要：综述了新三氮烯类试剂在镉光度分析中的应用,对三氮烯类试剂结构与性能关系进行了总结,叙述了常见基质干扰的掩蔽与消除方法,介绍了此类试剂在光度分析中的新进展,对分光光度法在食品中镉的分析应用前景进行了展望。Triazene reagents remain one of the most effective analytical reagents for spectrophotometric determination of cadmium. High sensitivity, selectivity as well as simplicity and speed make the methods indispensable in analysis of food samples. The review discusses the current state of application of triazene reagents in analytical chemistry, such as their structures, analytical characteristics, masking and eliminating of foreign ions. The most important trends for further research are also introduced.
