诺新康对人皮肤瘢痕胶原基因表达的影响

摘　　要：目的研究诺新康对人皮肤增生性瘢痕Ⅰ、Ⅲ型前胶原mRNA表达的影响。方法用RT-PCR法检测诺新康对人皮肤增生性瘢痕Ⅰ、Ⅲ型前胶原mRNA的表达。结果诺新康能明显抑制人皮肤增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞Ⅰ、Ⅲ型前胶原mRNA的表达,并呈剂量依赖性。结论诺新康可通过抑制人皮肤增生性瘢痕成纤维细胞Ⅰ、Ⅲ型前胶原mRNA的表达而起到抑制皮肤增生性瘢痕增殖的作用。Objective To investigate the effect of Ds-201 on fibroblast type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ procollagen mRNA expression in human hypertrophic scar. Methods Type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ procollangen mRNA expression in cultured fibroblasts from human hypertrophic scar were determined by RT-PCR. Results Ds-201 treatment resulted in significant inhibition of type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ procollagen mRNA expression in cultured fibroblasts in a dose-dependent manner. Conclusion Ds-201 could reduce the hypertrophic scarring via ihibiting fibroblast type Ⅰ and type Ⅲ procollagen mRNA expression.
