镍钛推簧与Ⅱ类牵引联合矫治安氏Ⅱ类错牙合临床效果分析

摘　　要：目的探讨镍钛推簧与Ⅱ类牵引联合矫治安氏Ⅱ类错牙的效果。方法使用镍钛推簧配合Ⅱ类牵引使上磨牙及尖牙快速远中移动。结果上颌磨牙每月平均远中移动（1．75±0．03）mm，上下磨牙相对移动平均每月（1．81±0．02）mm，上下磨牙达近中尖对尖关系的平均疗程为10周。上颌前磨牙平均每月远中移动（1．76±0．03）mm，上颌尖牙平均每月远中移动（2．12±0．07）mm。结论镍钛推簧配合Ⅱ类牵引对于下颌轻度后缩、下前牙较直立或内倾、Spee’s曲线较平坦的病例，可以迅速远中移动上颌磨牙矫正安氏Ⅱ类错牙合。Objective To evaluate the application of class Ⅱ with NiTi coil - spring in repair of Angel class, Methods Upper molars and canines were moved quickly by NiTi coil - spring combined with traction class. Results On average,（l.75 ±0.03）ram was moved in upper molars per month,（l.81 ±0.02）mm in uppper and lower molars, （ 1. 76 ± 0. 03 ） mm in maxillary premolar and （2. 12 ± 0.07 ） mm in maxillary canin. At the same time, the average treatment course was 10 weeks from uppper and lower molars to mesioclusion, Conclusions NiTi coil - spring with traction class Ⅱ can rapidly repair Angel class Ⅱ malocclusion in the cases of slight retrusion, straight or inward tilt anterior teeth and flatter Spee＇s curve,
