摘　　要：基于数据库和SQL语言在数据查询方面高效的特性,通过对数字电视包月业务的计费规则、数据特性的分析,使用SQL语言实现数字电视包月业务计费处理算法。在对数字电视业务运营中的计费规则、计费算法和数据特性分析基础上,按照数据分类处理原则进行算法分解;在用SQL语言构造大批量数据计费处理算法时,通过构造临时字段来优化查询效率;通过数据库的自动调度机制,实现定时执行计费结算任务。不同数量级别数据对算法的仿真实验表明,算法在数字电视包月业务的计费处理中具有很高的效率。为数据库系统应用数据处理提供了一种模式。The DTV month - service fee calculation procession arithmetic is implemented using SQL based on the high efficiency of query of database and SQL, and through the analysis of DTV month - service fee rule and the data characteristics. The whole arithmetic is decomposed based on the rule that different data should be processed with different arithmetic. Bench data processing arithmetic is constructed with the temporary field to improve query efficiency. Automatic timing fee procession is carried out with the mechanism of database job schedule. The emulation results prove that the arithmetic is highly efficient in DTV month service fee calculation.
