摘 要:目的幼鼠慢性吸入低浓度甲苯对自主活动和条件性位置偏爱(CPP)行为的影响,探讨低浓度甲苯的慢性神经毒性和成瘾性。方法昆明小鼠从出生第1天起分成328.6mg/m3甲苯吸入组、空白对照组和丁香酚吸入对照组,至7周时各组随机挑选10只,进行自主活动数及CPP测试。结果①甲苯组的自主活动次数(73.0±26.5)与空白对照组(109.1±35.9)的差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);②CPP试验中甲苯组小鼠在明箱内停留时间[(449.7±89.6)s]与空白对照组[(213.1±69.0)s]和丁香酚组[(181.2±71.2)s]的差异均有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论小鼠幼鼠低浓度甲苯吸入能导致幼鼠神经兴奋性降低及其在成年时产生明显成瘾性。Objective To study the effects of chronicly inhaled low concentration of toluene on autonomic activi- ties and conditioned place preference(CPP) in offspring mice,to investigate the neurotoxicity and addiction of low concentra- tion of toluene. Methods Mice were divided into three groups from the birthday,including in (328.6 mg/m^3 ) toluene in- halation group, blank control group and eugenol inhalation control group. Untill the seventh week, l0 mice were randomly chosen from each group respectively and tested their autonomic activities and CPP. Results ①Compared with blank group, the number of autonomic activities of toluene group was statistically significantly decreased [ ( 109. 1 ± 35.9 )vs ( 73.0 ± 26. 5 ), P 〈 0. 05 ] ; ②Compared with blank control group [ ( 213.1 ± 69.0 ) s ] and eugenol control group [ ( 181.2 ± 71.2 ) s ] respectively, the time of staying in CPP light box [ ( 449. 7 ± 89.6 ) s ] of toluene group was statistically signifi- cantly decreased ( P 〈 0.01 ) . Conclusions The excitability of central nervous system decreased obviously and addiction could be induced siKnificantlv by low concentration of toluene in offsprinK mice.
