我国高等教育大众化模式分析

摘　　要：本文通过对20世纪90年代以来我国高等教育变迁的分析研究,发现我国高等教育结构已经出现重大变革。我国高等教育大众化模式凸显两大特征。首先从经费投入主体来看,目前已经由单一的政府支付型向政府、学生、社会三方分担型转变;其次经过中央部属院校与地方院校结构的调整,地方院校依存型的大众化模式已经非常显著。With a policy analysis since 1990s and a structure research of scale enlargement, this paper discovers a significant transformation in the higher education structure of our country-a dual structural characteristic has been obviously seen within the sole school-running main body： The investment main body changes from the sole role of the government to a tripartition by the government, the individual, and the society; the sole outstanding - person education is turning to a coexisting development pattern of the outstanding - person and the populace education. The coexisting characteristic of the government and the folk, the central committee and the local, the outstanding person and the populace is becoming an important sign of the gradual formation of a new higher education structure in our country, and is becoming a new mode characteristic of China higher education at its popularization stage.
