摘　　要：新加坡中央医院是新加坡最大、设备最先进的综合性医院,其高标准的护理质量得益于全面系统的护士培训制度。通过对新加坡中央医院护士培训制度化、培训内容多样化、对不同层次的护理人员的培训及培养等方面的阐述,使我国护士对新加坡护士培训制度有一定了解,为护士培训制度的改革及完善提供参考。Singapore General Hospital （SGH） is the biggest integration state hospital with advanced facilities in Singapore. The overall systematical nursing training system is benefit to high quality nursing service in SGH. This article expounded accurate advanced management system,training of the nursing staff and the cultivation of the advanced nursing staff. It will give more understand for the training system of the nursing staff and will give some reference in training of the nursing staff,the reform and consummate of the nursing training system in the domestic nursing field.
