轿车白车身扭转刚度的有限元建模与实验分析

摘　　要：阐述了应用Ansys有限元分析软件对轿车白车身扭转刚度的模拟分析计算方法,运用自制白车身刚度实验台进行实验验证,将模型分析结果与实验结果进行对比,检验了有限元分析模型的精度,对该轿车白车身的刚度给出一定的评价,为车身结构的优化提供参考。Torsional rigidity analysis and computation method to a car body-in-white by using the Ansys FEM software ware elaborated ,and the confirmation was carried on through experiment by using autonomous laboratory instrument for the stiffness of car body-in-white,the result of model analysis and the experimental were contrasted,the finite element analysis model＇s precision was examined and certain appraisal was given to-this car body-in-white＇s stiffness as well,the reference for the car body structure optimization was provided.
