农业高职教育促进农业产业化对策研究——以湖南省为例

摘　　要：农业产业化具有企业化、市场化、规模化、一体化、区域化等特点,其从业人员必须具有相应的市场、技术、经营管理、法制和科技文化素质。对此,农业高职教育必须有相应的发展对策。政府应发挥主导作用,加大支持力度;农业高职院校要以服务农业产业化为目的,加大改革力度;全社会也要创造环境,构筑农业高职院校人才通往"三农"的道路。The industrialization of agriculture has features of enterprise, market, scale, integration and regionalization, and its practitioners must have the corresponding qualities of market economy, agricultural technology, management, legality, science and culture. The government should play a leading role in higher vocational education of agriculture, and increase the intensity of support; higher vocational schools of agriculture should take serving for the industrialization of agriculture as the purpose, and enhance the intensity of reform; while the whole society should create an environment to build the roads that personnel from agriculture vocational schools can get into the field of ＂agriculture, countryside, peasant＂.
