中医药防治糖尿病性白内障实验研究的现状与思考

摘　　要：早期药物阻断和延缓糖尿病性白内障的发生、发展具有积极而重要的意义。近年来,中医药在防治糖尿病性白内障的研究中取得了一定进展。中药制剂的实验药理研究主要集中在抗氧化作用、抑制醛糖还原酶作用和抑制晶状体上皮细胞凋亡方面。It is positive and important for some drugs to block the onset and delay the development of diabetic cataract at early stages. In recent years, some progress has been made for traditional Chinese medicine in prevention and trealment of diabetic cataract. Pharmacological experiments of Chinese herbal medicine were focused on antioxidant effect and inhibiting aldose reductase and decreasing apoptosis of lens epithelial cell.
