摘 要:DNS比色法测定单一戊糖或己糖含量较为精确,但测定戊糖与己糖的混合糖含量存在较大误差,故采用分别测定己糖和戊糖含量的方法对DNS法进行了改进。结果表明:采用改进DNS法测定玉米皮水解液中总糖含量的回收率在98.8%~100.77%之间,RSD=0.71%,明显提高了DNS法测定混合糖含量的精确度。此方法准确、快速、简便,可用于玉米皮水解液总糖含量的定量测定。The precision of measuring of pentoses or hexoses by DNS method was well, but the error of measuring of mixing total sugar of pentoses and hexoses was notable. Therefore, 3,5- Dinitrosalicyclic acid method was modified by measuring of pentoses and hexoses respectively. The result showed the recollection rates of total sugar of cornhusks hydrolysate solution were in the range of 98.8%~100.77%, the relative standard deviation was 0.71% and the precision in determination of mixing total sugar was raised obviously. So the method was accurate, fast and convenient and it was fit for determining total sugar in cornhusks hydrolysate solution in quantitation.
