摘  要:对从大豆油脚中制备高纯度卵磷脂新工艺进行了研究。提出了用微滤膜脱色除杂、金属盐沉淀分离和柱层析纯化等耦合新工艺,使产品含量达到97%以上。对乙醇浸提卵磷脂及柱层析纯化工艺条件进行了重点讨论,得出乙醇浸提最佳工艺条件为温度室温、乙醇浓度85%、pH值10.0、浸提时间30min、浸提次数3次、料液比1∶3。The new production process of high pure lecithin from soybean oil waste was studied in this paper. New coupling technology including discoloring and removing impurity using microfiltration membrane, separation using metallic salt precipitation and purification using column chromatograph has been proposed. The quality of this product is up to 97%. The process conditions of extraction of ethanol concentration, separation of metallic precipitation and column chromatograph were discussed in emphasis. The optimal extraction conditions were obtained as room-temperature, ethanol concentration 85%, pH10.0, extraction time 30min, the times of extraction 3 and ratio of material to liquid 1∶3.
