摘　　要：目的：研究三维适形放疗（3DCRT）治疗复发性食管癌的临床效果。方法：采用WIMRT计划系统设计5-6个照射野,处方剂量为PTV2Gy/次,总剂量50Gy/25d,评价近期疗效。结果：本组15例患者放疗结束后复查食管钡餐片：Ⅰ级1例、Ⅱ级9例、Ⅲ级5例。9例患者在治疗3周后出现放射性食管炎、气管炎,经对症处理后均缓解。结论：三维适形放射治疗可有效控制食管癌,避免放射性脊髓炎的发生,提高患者的生活质量。Objective： To evaluate the clinical effect of three dimentional conformal radition therapy （3 D - CRT ） for recurrent esophageal carcinoma. Methods： This study used 5 - 6 conformal fields with designed by WIMRT planning system, the prescriptive dose was 2Gy per fraction and the total dose 50Gy/25f/5w. Results：According to the criteria of post -radiotherapy 15 petients after radiation therapy were examed hy the esophagiogram： lease in stage Ⅰ ;9 cases in stage Ⅱ ;5 cases in stage m, 9 cases developed radiation esophagitis, tracheitis after 3 weeks. Conclusion ： 3D - CRT can control recurrent esophageal carcinoma effectively and avoid radiation ingury of spinal cord.
