恶性肿瘤组织中c-erbB-2基因的表达与体外药物敏感性的关系

摘　　要：目的:探讨恶性肿瘤组织中c-erbB-2基因的表达与体外药敏的关系。方法:采用TECIA(组织块培养-终点染色-计算机图像分析法)检测部分化疗药物在24例恶性肿瘤组织中的抑制率,并采用免疫组织化学法检测癌组织中c-erbB-2基因的表达。结果:恶性肿瘤组织中c-erbB-2基因表达阳性率为42.1%(8/19)。顺铂(DDP)、表柔比星(E-ADM)、氟尿嘧啶(5-FU)、紫杉醇(Taxol)和多西紫杉醇(TAT)的平均抑制率分别为54.23%、45.52%、56.27%、54.95%、和58.32%。结论:c-erbB-2的表达与恶性肿瘤组织对体外化疗药物的敏感性无明显相关,提示该基因在恶性肿瘤组织多药耐药中不起关键作用,但是进一步的结论还有待大样本的试验。Objective：To study the relationship between the expression of C-erbB-2 gene and chemosensitivity of malignancy in vitro. Methods： Using TECIA（tissues block cultivate-dye at termination-computers pictures analyzing） test the inhibitory rate of some chemotherapeutic drugs in 24 samples of malignancy in vitro, and the expression level of C-erbB-2 gene was detected by immunohistochemistry. Results： The positive rate of C-erbB-2 was 42.1%（8/19）. The average inhibitory rates of DDP,E-ADM,5-Fu ,Taxol and TAT were 54.23%, 45.52%, 56.27%, 54.95% and 58.32%.Conclusion： The expression of c-erbB-2 and chemosensitivity of malignancy in vitro are not correlated obviously.
