康莱特对晚期恶性肿瘤的近期疗效观察

摘　　要：目的:观察康莱特对晚期恶性肿瘤的近期疗效。方法:应用康莱特注射液给晚期恶性肿瘤患者静脉注射或胸/腹腔内注射。结果:对晚期恶性肿瘤的近期有效率(CR+PR)46.1%,镇痛有效率73.1%,治疗胸腹腔积液有效率60%。在减轻痛苦、改善症状、提高生存质量等方面疗效显著。结论:对晚期恶性肿瘤患者应用康莱特既能抑杀癌细胞,又能保护骨髓造血功能,易被晚期患者接受。Objective： To obsevrve the shot - term therapeutic effects of Kanglaite for late period malignant tumour. Methods： Introvenous or thoracic/abdominal cavity injection of Kanglaite injective solution was performed to late period malignant tumour patients. Results： The PR and SD of late period malignant tumour patients was 86.2%. The analgesic effect rate was 73.1%. The significance therapeutic effects were found in alleviate suffering, ameliora- tive symptoms, improve living quality, etc. Conclusion： Kanglaite can inhibit or kill carcinoma cells, protect blood - making function of marrow for late period malignant tumour patients.
