输血对血浆细胞粘附特性的影响

摘　　要：目的:研究输血对血浆细胞粘附特性的影响。方法:采用MTT比色分析法,收集31例恶性肿瘤患者、62例非肿瘤患者输血前后血浆,做体外细胞粘附试验。结果:输血后血浆细胞粘附特性明显高于输血前,输血可以提高血浆细胞粘附特性。结论:血浆细胞粘附特性增高可能促进肿瘤转移,因此输血可能促进转移的发生,肿瘤患者应尽量避免输全血和血浆。Objective：To clarify the influence of blood transfusion on cell adhension characteristic of plasma.Methods：Plasma cellular adhesion characteristic of before and after blood transfusion were detected by means of MTT coloremetry in 31 malignant tumor patients and 62 nonmalignant patients.Results：Plasma cellular adhesion characteristic after blood transfusion were significantly higher than before blood transfusion.Blood transfusion can enhance the plasma cellular adhension characteristic.Conclusion：As for the higher plasma cellular adhesion characteristic,blood transfusion may accelerate tumor metastasis,tumor patients should avoid using blood transfusion.
