淋巴结显示液法与透明法检查恶性肿瘤淋巴转移的对比研究

摘　　要：目的:研究淋巴结显示液在恶性肿瘤淋巴结检查中的应用价值。方法:对124例恶性肿瘤根治术标本随机分组采用淋巴结显液法和透明法检查淋巴结。结果:淋巴结显示液法62例标本共检出淋巴结1759枚,平均每例28.37枚,38例有淋巴结转移,转移率61.3%;转移淋巴结132枚,转移度7.50%。对照组透明法共检出淋巴结1732枚,平均每例27.94枚,39例有淋巴结转移,转移率62.9%,128枚淋巴结有转移,转移度7.39%。两方法结果比较无明显差异,淋巴结显示液法仅需时1～2天,透明法则需耗时7～14天。结论:淋巴结显示液法是一种快速、简易、价廉的淋巴结检查技术,准确性和彻底性不亚于透明法,值得在临床推广应用。Objective：To evaluate the value of the lymph node revealing solution（LNRS） in detecting the malignant lymph nodes from the pathological specimen.Methods：Total of 124 cases of the surgical specimen of the malignant tumors were randomly divided into two groups,for which were pathologically lymph node sampled with LNRS and fat clearance respectively.Results：Sixty two specimen were examined with LNRS,and totally 1759 nodes were found,averaging 28.37 nodes per specimen,38 specimen were found with malignant node metastasis,yielding metastatic rate of 61.3%;132 nodes were found malignant,accounting 7.50% of malignant node metastasis rate;comparing with the control group with fat clearance technique,1732 lymph node were found from 62 specimen with 27.94 nodes per specimen,among them 128 were malignant,metastatic rate was 7.39%;39 of the 62 specimen were found with malignant nodes,the metastatic rate was 62.9%.Both the node and per specimen metastatic rate were comparable with the two means of examination.The time spent with LNRS averaged 1 to 2 days,however 7 to 14 days with fat clearance technique.Conclusion：LNRS was comparable with fat clearance technique in lymph node sampling rate,but LNRS is more rapid than fat clearance technique,hence is a more convenient way.
