乳腺癌组织中金属硫蛋白(MT)和拓扑异构酶Ⅱ(TopoⅡα)的表达及临床意义

摘　　要：目的:探讨乳腺癌中拓扑异构酶Ⅱ(TopoⅡα)和金属硫蛋白(MT)的表达与乳腺癌预后的关系,并分析两者的相关性。方法:采用SABC免疫组化方法检测72例乳腺癌标本中MT和TopoⅡα的表达。结果:MT和TopoⅡα的阳性率分别为33.33%和48.61%。MT阳性表达率与乳腺癌病理类型及有否巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。TopoⅡα阳性表达率与是否有淋巴结转移有关(P<0.05)。结论:检测MT和TopoⅡα对提示预后和临床选择化疗方案有指导意义。Objective：To investigate the expression of MT and TopoⅡα in breast cancer and the relationship between MT and TopoⅡα.Methods：The expression of MT and TopoⅡα in 72 case of breast cancer were detected by SABC immunohistochemical method.Results：The positive expression rates of MT and TopoⅡα in the breast cancer were 33.33% and 48.61%.The positive rate of MT were correlated closely with the lymphnode metastasis and clinical typas（P〈0.05）.The positive of TopoⅡα was ralated with lymphnode metastasis.Conclusion：Combinied detection of MT and TopoⅡα in tissue of breast cancer,have significance in therapy and predicting prognosis.
