摘　　要：目的:研究无水酒精局部注射治疗小儿浅表血管瘤的临床经验。方法:自1986年10月至2005年5月,在门诊外科以95%酒精注入治疗小儿血管瘤558例。结果:336例经一个疗程注射治愈,占60.21%;127例经2个疗程注射治愈,占22.76%;60例好转,占10.75%;35例无效,占6.27%;好转及无效病例均转手术切除治愈,占17.03%。无明显毒副作用,无感染、局部坏死等并发症发生。结论:局部注射无水酒精安全、副作用小、损伤小、治愈率高,容易被患者家属接受,可用于小儿体表点状或片状血管瘤的治疗。Objective：To study the clinical treatment results for children patents suffering from hemangioma by dehydrated alcohol injection chemical excision.Methods：From 1986 to 2005,558 cases of children patients suffering from hemangioma were treated by dehydrated alcohol injection.Results：Three handred thirty-six cases were cured[HK] by 1 course of treatment（60.21%）,127 cases were cured by 2 course of treatment（22.76%）,improvement were in 60 cases（10.75%）,and 35 cases were failed（6.27%）.No side effect occurred in all patients.Conclusion：The dehydrated alcohol injection chemical excision is safe and effective.It can be used for children patients suffering from hemangioma.
