摘　　要：依托校园网建立了《足球教学网》,通过教学实验和问卷调查,对脚背内侧踢球技术教学的课前准备、教学过程进行了设计并实验。结果表明,利用网络资源与传统教学方法相结合进行教学,有利于提高学生的自主学习和实践创新能力,可在一定程度上提高教学效果。并提出了在教学设计时应处理好学生与教材内容、教学方法、教学目标等的关系。The authors designed and experimented the warm-up and process of teaching of the technique of kicking football with the inner side of instep by means of the Football Teaching Network the authors established in their campus network as well as teaching experiment and questionnaire survey, and revealed the following findings： utilizing network resources coupled with traditional teaching methods to carry out the teaching is conducive to enhancing independent learning and practical innovating capabilities of the students, able to enhance the teaching effect to a certain extent. The author also specified things to be noticed in teaching design.
