贵州省农村贫困问题及其对策研究

摘　　要：改革开放以来中国农村经济得到了迅猛发展,但农村贫困问题没有得到有效彻底的解决,贵州省落后农村地区的反贫困问题更是面临着严峻的挑战。在阐述贵州农村贫困现状的基础上,分析和探讨了贵州农村贫困的原因,并提出摆脱贫困的建议和措施。Impoverished is the various countries universal existence social question.Since the reform and open policy the China rural economy obtained the swift and violent development,but the countryside impoverished question has not obtained the effective thorough solution.Guizhou Province backwardness countryside area counter-impoverished question is facing the stern challenge.We must take the science development view as the instruction,pours into then the promotion capital formation strategy from the pure attention material capital,transforms variously to from the economy,politics,the culture on multi-level constructs our province humanist,promotes human＇s full scale development strategy.
