摘　　要：分析了S.E.Luria的波动实验、J.Lederberg的影印平板培养法在证明"突变是自发的"这一结论中的作用,简述了J.Cairns"定向突变"的观点。This study analyses the function of S. E. Luria＇ s fluctuation test and J. Lederberg＇ s replica plating in proving the conclusion that mutation is spontaneous. In this article, the author depicts J. Cairns＇ experiment and the view of directed mutation.
