约氏疟原虫红外期成熟裂殖体的超微结构研究

摘  要:用细胞色素氧化酶组织化学方法处理感染了约氏疟原虫子孢子的大鼠肝脏,通过透射电镜研究红外期裂殖体的超微结构。在接种子孢子后48小时的标本中发现一成熟裂殖体,外周仍由一寄生虫质膜所包裹,膜下有许多小泡、粗面内质网、圆形或蚕豆形具明显嵴的线粒体,以及大量成熟裂殖子。裂殖子的超微结构与血中游离红内期裂殖子基本相似。表被有|||、∧、Y或T形的微毛覆盖整个裂殖子,外膜双层,内膜较厚且电子较致密,有膜孔。顶突无内膜覆盖,裂殖子内有棒状体、线粒体(形异于裂殖体的线粒体)、球状体、小球体、微线体和核糖体等。Cytochrome oxidase enzyme histochemical method were performed on sporozoite infected liver tissue of rats in order to study the ultrastructure of mature exoerythrocytic schizont(EES).A mature EES was observed in the liver tissue 48h after inoculation of sporozoites.The EES was enveloped by parasite plasmalemma,and under the lemma there were numerous small vesicles,some rough plasma reticula,round or bean shaped mitochondria with obvious cristae,and a lot of mature merozoites.The ultrastructure of the EE merozoites looked like the erythrocytic merozoites in the blood.The surface coat of the merozoites was composed of microfilamments which were palisade(|||).T or Y in shape and covered the whole body.There were two layers of outer membrane and one thick electron dense inner membrane with some pores.The apical prominence was not covered with inner membrane.Inside the merozoites there were rhoptries,spherical bodies,microsphere,micronemes and ribosomes.
