摘 要:目的观察我国3个矿区3种矿物粉尘对人体大肠埃希菌、表皮葡萄球菌、缓症链球菌3种正常细菌的影响。方法分析3种矿物粉尘与3种细菌作用24 h后,观察培养基细菌数量、葡萄糖、钙离子、镁离子、细菌特征酶、特征产物以及扫描电镜观察细菌形态变化。结果与水镁石粉尘作用后,3种细菌培养基钙离子、镁离子、细菌数量及葡萄糖消耗显著增高,特征酶、特征产物增多,各细菌形态均发生了改变;其它两种矿物粉尘变化不明显。结论高生物活性的水镁石矿物粉尘能促进3种细菌的生长代谢。Objective To study the effect of three kinds of inhalable particulates from three mineral deposits in China on the escherichia coli, staphylococcus epidermidis and streptococcus mitis. Methods Biochemical activity of three kinds of inhalable particulates was analyzed after the inhalable particulates acted with human body natural normal bacteria for 24 hours. Changes in number of bacteria, glucose consumption, the concentrations of Ca^2+ and Mg^2+ and activity of specific enzyme and specific product in culture medium were observed. The technology of scanning electronic microscopy was used to examine the shape change of bacteria. Results After reacting with fibrous brucite, calcium ions, magnesium ions, the number of bacteria, glucose consumption increased significantly, specific enzyme and specific product became more in three culture media, and the bacteria shape also changed. As to other mineral dusts, no remarkable change was seen. Conclusions It suggests that mineral dusts with high biochemical activity could promote the metabolism of escherichia coli, staphylococcus epidermidis and streptococcus mitis.
