摘 要:多元文化护理是随着整体护理的广泛深入实施和对护理文化建设的重视和加强,在强调以人为本的人性化护理的基础上产生和形成的。临床护士在护理病人的过程当中,面对具有不同文化背景的护理对象,提供具有不同护理内涵的多元文化护理将成为必然趋势,也是以病人为中心的整体护理的具体体现。如何对临床护士进行教育和培训,增强其多元文化护理的意识和能力,是当前应该思考的课题。文章阐述了多元文化护理的含义,以及实施多元文化护理教育和培训的重要意义,从教育途径、教育对象、教育内容和教育方式等方面,对临床护士的多元文化护理的教育和培训模式,作了一定的分析和思考。With the extensively and deeply undertaking holistic nursing and increasingly emphasizing and strengthening nursing culture, multi-cultural nursing is produced and developed in the light of humanism nursing. The multi-culture nursing with various nursing philosophies has become a developmental trend in nursing while clinical nurses provide sorvices for the clients having different cultural backgrounds. It also reflects the patient-centered holistic nursing. To enhance the awareness and abilities regarding the multi-culture nursing, the relating education and training for clinical nurse has become a great concern. Thus, the definition of the multi-cultural nursing and the significance of the training were introduced. In addition, the training model was analysised, including the training resources, qualification of trainees, training contents and methods, etc.
