摘　　要：通过对全国中西部地区实施"万名医师支援农村卫生工程"工作情况的总结,全面分析了这项工作取得的成绩和存在的问题,对进一步加强城市卫生支援农村卫生工作,探索建立城乡医院对口支援制度进行实践研究并提出工作建议。Based on the state Of project of thousands doctors＇ supposing for the rural area;that was implemented in the midwest of China, the article generally analyzes the achievement and the present problem in this task.In addition, the paper also processes practicalresearch＇ and puts forward some proposalls for rreinforcing the work of the cities helping countrysides for the rural sanitation and establishing supporting system in corresponding hospital between cities and countrysides.
