摘 要:对2.5月龄断奶公羔经60d舍饲强度育肥后,选择体重接近组内平均值的DAF1、SAF1、DAF2、SAF2与同龄ALT各4只进行屠宰试验,测定其产肉性能。结果表明:DAF1、SAF1、DAF2、SAF2杂交公羔宰前活重、宰后1h胴体重、一级肉率和去尾脂屠宰率、净肉率等指标均高于ALT羊,尾脂率由原来的15.75%下降到1.06%~2.79%,杂交羔羊胴体外观评级达到"1级"标准。说明用陶赛特羊、萨福克羊对阿勒泰羊改良后,其胴体品质得到明显改善,更加符合现代人们追求"高蛋白、低脂肪"的消费需求。Selected 4 DAF1 , SAF1 and DAF2, SAF2 and ALT which had similar weight with the average of the group and were ablactated at 2.5 month old to intensive fat for sixty days, then slaughtered and were measureds their productive performances, respectively. The results indicated that the live weight, lh the carcass weight, the first class meat rate, yield of carcass except for the fat of tail, net weight of the hybrid lamb were higher than those of ALT,yield of carcass except for the fat of tail dropped from 15.75 percent to 1.06-2.79 percent,and the assessment of the aspect of these hybrid male lamb reached the first class standard. It showed that the quality of the carcass weight of ALT had evident improvement after it was improved by Dorset and Suffolk. It's even accord with the demand of consumption on the low fat and high protein of the modern people.
