摘　　要：针对如何评价企业知识管理系统的问题,从社会技术视角出发,将企业知识管理系统视为一个社会技术系统。综合分析了评价知识管理系统应该考虑的性能、功能、环境、成本和人性化等方面主要因素,建立了一套包括企业知识管理系统的系统性能、系统功能、系统环境、系统成本和人性化等5个不同社会和技术方面的评价指标体系,并在此基础上,提出了一种基于语言符号运算的企业知识管理系统的综合评价方法。最后,实现了一个在线的评价系统,并通过一个应用案例,进一步说明了所给出方法的有效性。From the socio-technical perspective, the corporate knowledge management system is regarded as a social-technical system. Firstly, the main concerned factors in evaluation： performance, function, environment, cost and human-orientation are comprehensively analyzed, and a set of evaluation index systems that include performance, function, environment, cost and human-orientation of the knowledge management system is built from the viewpoint of social-technical system. Secondly, an integrated evaluation method based on linguistic symbol operators is put forward. Finally, an online evaluation system is implemented and an application case is applied to illustrate the validity of the proposed method.
