摘 要:选用24头杜二杂种猪(试验1)和32头大二杂种猪(试验2)进行日粮添加CIM1μg/g试验。试验1和2试验期分别为28d和20d。其中CIM组的平均日增重分别较对照组提高15.7%(P<0.05)和12.9%(P<0.05),料重比分别降低13.3%和10.0%。屠宰结果表明,CIM略提高屠宰率,显著提高胴体瘦肉率,试验1提高8.4%,试验2提高9.0%,同时显著降低胴体脂肪含量,试验1降低23.0%,试验2降低15.0%。CIM不改变肌肉DNA浓度,但显著提高腓肠肌和背最长肌的RNA浓度及RNA/DNA值(P<0.01),对肌肉组织具有明显肥大作用。试验1和2CIM组猪血清脲氮分别降低23.28%(P<0.01)和24.75%(P<0.01),血清FFA都升高30%以上,血清脂肪酶、GPT、CPK活性都有所升高,血清T3、T4显著升高(P<0.05),胰岛素略有降低。结果表明CIM对杂种猪具有明显的促进生长和胴体改良作用。其作用系通过改变营养分代谢实现。Twenty four Duroc Erhualian(exp 1) and 32 Yorkshire Erhualian(exp 2) crossbreds swine were used to evaluate the effect of CIM on productivity and carcass and serum parameters in finishing swine Pigs were allocated in pair to two groups Animals were treated with 1μg/g CIM in the diet for 28 and 20 days in exp 1 and exp 2,respectively Comparing to the control,ADG of treated pigs in exp 1 and 2 were increased by 15 7%(P<0 05) and 12 9%(P<0 05),and feed/gain improved by 13.3% and 10 0%,respectively Meanwhile dressing percentage and muscle content (exp 1:+8 4%;exp 2:+9 0%)were increased,and fat deposit (exp 1:-23 0%;exp 2:-15 0%)was decreased significantly (P<0 05) DNA concentration was unaffected by 1 μg/g CIM,while RNA concentration and RNA/DNA of gastrocnemius and longissimus dorsi were significantly increased(P<0 01) This showed that CIM had an apparent muscle hypertrophy effect In exp 1 and 2 CIM also decreased serum urea nitrogen 23 28% (P<0 01) and 24 75%(P<0 01) respectively,while increased serum FFA level and lipase,GPT and CPK activity CIM also elevated serum T 3 and T 4 level(P<0 05),but lowered insulin level It is suggested that finishing pigs fed 1μg/g CIM diet had a significant improvement in productivity and carcass composition,and this effect was obtained mainly through affecting nutrient metabolism
