江西省部分地区鸡白痢沙门氏菌噬菌体分型、药敏性及质粒谱分析

摘　　要：３３株鸡白痢沙门氏菌大致分为３个噬菌体型，即２０株为２２００型、６株为３０００型、７株为００００型。依其来源，有的鸡场可能为单一型，有的为多种型。２２００型１１株存在７条质粒带，小质粒带分子量分别为１．９、２．０、２．８、５．２、８．２Ｍｄ；大质粒带，ＨＧ源株为３０、５０Ｍｄ，Ｇｑ与ＪＺ源株为３６、４４Ｍｄ。３０００型４株存在４条质粒带，小质粒带分子量分别为１．９、２．０、２．８Ｍｄ；大质粒带，ＪＳ源株为４４Ｍｄ、ＨＧ源株为５０Ｍｄ。００００型Ｇｑ源１株存在５条质粒带，分子量分别为１．９、２．０、２．８、８．２、４４Ｍｄ，ＪＸ源４株存在６条质粒带，分子量分别为１．９、２．０、２．８、３．０、３６（３４）、４０（５０）Ｍｄ。所测定的２０株菌一致对ＡＭ、ＡＫＮ、ＦＵＲ、ＰＯＬ、ＲＯＣ、ＧＥＮ６种敏感，对ＡＣ、ＳＴＲ、ＢＡＣ、ＮＯＶ、ＥＲＹ、ＭＩＤ６种耐药。菌株的药敏谱与其对应的噬菌体型、质粒谱间有着较高的相关性，特别是２２００型。Thirty three strains of Salmonella pullorum were isolated from dead chicks We can divided them into three phage types Twenty strains were type 2200,six strains were type 3000,and seven strains were type 0000 Strains derived from some farms were single phage type,and from some other farms were combined with these three types Electrophoresis for plasmid analysis showed that eleven strains of phage type 2200 were provided with seven plasmid bands,two big plasmids(30 and 50 Md derived from seven strains of HG farm,36 and 44 Md derived from one strain of Gq farm,and three strains of JZ farm) and five small plasmids (1 9,2 0,2 8,5 2,8 2Md) Strains of phage type 3000 were provided with four plasmid bands,one big plasmid(44 Md from two strains of JS farm,50 Md from two strains of HG farm) and three small plasmids(1 9,2 0,2 8Md) And strains of phage type 0000 were provided with five plasmid bands(1 9,2 0,2 8,8 2,and 44 Md from one strain of Gq farm) and with six plasmid bands 1 9,2 0,2 8,3 0,36(34) and 40(50) Md from four strains of JX farm All twenty strains of S pullorum were sensitive to Ampicillin、Amikacin、Furazoliclonum、Polymyxin B,Rochang and Gentamycin,and resistent to Acetylspiramycin、Streptomycin、Bacitracin、Novobiocin、Erythromycin and Midecamycin Spectra of antibiotic sensitivity were correlated with bacteriophage type (for example,phage type 2200) and plasmid spectra
