摘　　要：目的:探讨经乳晕入路腔镜下甲状腺腺瘤摘除术的方法和近期效果。方法:对3例患者的病例资料进行回顾性分析总结。3例均为女性,单发病灶,直径分别为3.5cm、4.5cm、5.0cm(平均4.3cm),术前检查均提示甲状腺腺瘤可能。结果:3例手术均顺利完成,手术时间分别65min、75min、105min(平均81.7min),失血量分别为15ml、20ml、30ml(平均21.7ml)。术后恢复顺利,无术后早期高碳酸血症、术后出血、皮下积液、感染及低钙抽搐、声嘶、呛咳,2例术后皮下积气自行吸收。病理报告均为甲状腺腺瘤。结论:经乳晕入路腔镜下甲状腺腺瘤摘除术安全可行,有良好的推广应用前景。Objective： To explore the method and curative effect of thyroidectomy with micro-celioscope via the areola of breast approach.Methods： 3 cases who received thyridectomy with micro-celioscope via the areola of breast approach were analyzed retrospectively.All 3 cases were female and diagnosed as thyroid aderoma by preoperative examinations.They were with single lesion and the diameter of aderoma were 3.5cm,4.5cm and 5.0cm（average 4.3cm） respectively.Results： 3 cases underwent the surgery successfully with satisfactory recovery.The operation time was 65 minutes,75 minutes and 105 minutes（average 81.7 minutes）,and the intraoperatine blood loss was 15ml,20ml,30ml（average 21.7ml） respectirely.There was no hypercapnia,bleeding,hydrops of hypodemic,infection,hyperspasmia of low calcium,hoarseress and hucking in the 3 cases.Pneumatosis of hypodemic in 2 cases absorbed after operation.The 3 cases were all thyroid adenoma confirmed by pathology after operation.Conclusion： Thyroidectomy with micro-celioscope achievesbetter safe result in cosmetology and merit futher studies.
