摘　　要：目的探讨螺旋CT动态增强扫描对结肠癌的诊断价值。方法对62例结肠癌的患者,行螺旋CT动态增强扫描及图像后处理检查与分析,并与术后病理对照。结果62例中有34例显示肿块型结肠癌,23例显示为浸润型结肠癌;形态不规则和肠腔狭窄的42例,浆膜面模糊32例,淋巴结转移39例;结肠癌术前病灶诊断准确率100%,术前分期与手术后分期符合率为90.2%。结论螺旋CT动态增强扫描及图像后处理对结肠癌的诊断有重要意义。Objective To discuss the diagnosis of the spiral CT dynamic enhanced imaging for colon carcinoma. Methods All 62 cases were examined and analyzed with dynamic enhanced spiral CT and aftertreatment techniques at the same time, An analysis was done in comparision with the postoperative pathology. Results A mass were seen in 34 of 62 case of colon cancer, with infiltrating type of the colon lumn in 23 cases,irregular and stenotic lumen in 42 cases, and serosa surface invasion in 32 cases and lymphadenopathy in 39 cases. The pre - operative diagnosis accuracy was 100%. Compared with duckes classification, CT diagnosis was correct in 90.2% of the patients. Conclusions Dynam- ic enhanced spiral CT and aftertreatment techniques have great value in diagnosis of colon carcinoma.
