摘  要:目的评估Fitmate便携式肺功能测试仪测定RMR的可靠性。方法采用Douglas-Haldane法对该仪器进行比对研究。随机抽取了16名23~28岁年龄组健康研究生作为受试者,男女各8名。结果研究发现两种仪器测定男女学生RMR值经配对t检验分析,P值分别为0.4027、0.6358,差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05);经相关性检验,相关系数分别为0.75(P=0.0033)、0.63(P=0.0112),相关性良好(P〈0.05)。结论Fitmate便携式肺功能测试仪测定RMR的结果可靠。Objective To assess the validity and reliability of RMR determined by FitMate. Method A validation study of FitMate was devised to compare with the Douglas-Haldane method, which was the classical method for gas metabolism. Sixteen healthy graduates at the age of 23 to 28 years were randomly selected, including eight males and eight females. Results The difference of RMR determined by Douglas-Haldane and FitMate (P 〉 0.05) was not found, the P value of paired t test of RMR of male and female were 0.402 7 and 0.635 8, respectively. By correlation analysis, the correlation coefficients of RMR of male and female determined by two instruments were 0.75 (P = 0.003 3) and 0.63 (P = 0.011 2), respectively, which had significant correlation ( P 〈 0.05). Conclusion The FitMate could make reliable RMR measurement.
