摘　　要：提出了系统的开发方案,并对系统开发平台进行搭建。利用ArcIMS所提供的Java Connector连接器进行WebGIS开发,提出了合理的Web应用程序开发步骤,将它成功应用在实际的农田地理信息管理与远程发布系统的开发过程中。该程序不仅可以灵活定制界面的框架及所实现的功能,而且增强了GIS互操作性。An exploitation scheme is provided, then the system developed flat form is set up. A reasonable web application program process is provided by using ArclMS＇s Java connector to open out WebGIS, and it is applied into a real cropland geography information system and distance promulgating system, which can not only flexibly establishes the interface frame to realize the function, but also strengthens the GIS interoperability.
