摘　　要：通过在银行营业服务现场收集的各种信息,对银行服务过程进行分析,提出银行客流随机变量的模拟方法,在此基础上通过优先级队列建立事件驱动的服务过程仿真模型。最后,用MicrosoftVisualC++设计实现了仿真系统。计算机仿真实验表明,该系统达到预期的银行服务过程仿真的功能和技术要求,并且可以根据需要进一步完善其功能。事实上,该仿真模型具有一般意义。A bank service process is analyzed through datum collected on a bank business spot and a random variable simulation with relation to custom flow is presented. A simulation model of client service process based on event drive and priority queue is given. Finally, a design and implement of the simulation system is built up by means of Microsoft VC＋＋. The compute simulation shows that the system has reached the target of the design and requirements on usage and its functions can be perfected. In fact, the simulation based on the model has general significance.
