摘　　要：用辩证的观点,论述浸润性乳腺癌腋窝处理的不同方法以及所产生的不同的结果;阐述了临床上对浸润性乳腺癌腋窝处理时经常出现的问题;并阐明坚持从实际出发,采取科学的态度,正确处理浸润性乳腺癌腋窝的观点;肯定了微创手术是一场手术革命,是传统外科学发展的必然结果,它的变革符合事物的发展规律。The purpose of this paper is to discuss the different methods and the follow - up results in treating the axilla of infiltrate breast cancer, to describe the problems occurring frequently in clinical practice. And in such doing , it is to express such a viewpoint as how to treat the disease correctly in practice and make sure that minimal access surgery has revolutionized the development of traditional surgery, the change of which fits in with the law of development of things.
