摘  要:研究整体径向电磁轴承(AMB)耦合问题.首先描述了四磁极整体径向AMB的结构特点和等效磁路模型,然后定义了相对耦合干扰系数函数的概念,并利用磁路安培定律导出其计算公式.以具体的AMB系统为背景,考虑合理的比例电流假设后,给出相对耦合干扰系数函数的曲面以及特殊位置下的曲线.分析表明针对整体式AMB系统,不仅自身自由度上存在耦合误差,还会对另一自由度产生很大干扰,因此建议径向电磁轴承应该采用分体结构.本文方法也适用于分析多磁极整体式AMB电磁耦合问题.Electromagnetic coupling 4-pole radial magnetic bearings (AMB) with integrated structure was investigated. The characteristic of 4-pole AMB and equivalent magnetic circuit was represented, subsequently, the concept of relative electromagnetic coupling error (RECE) is defined, and some formulas of calculating RECE were derived by using magnetic circuit Ampere' s laws. Based on actual RAMB system and in consider- ation of the postulate of the proportional current, the surface and curve of RECE function were acqu/red. The results demonstrate that not only the electromagnetic coupling exists in itself DOF, but also disturbs another DOF seriously, thus it is suggested that radial AMB with separate structure should be adopted. The method used in this paper may be used to analyze electromagnetic coupling of multi-pole magnetic AMB.
