摘  要:目的比较屈光参差患者戴用框架镜和高透氧硬性角膜接触镜(RGP)后的立体视功能差异,并探索其形成原因。方法对56例屈光参差患者戴框架镜、RGP、及RGP一个月后分别用Worth四点灯测定看远的融合,用Random-dot立体图测定视近的融合及立体视功能。结果戴RGP及戴RGP一月后的融合和立体视均较戴框架镜有明显的提高,且戴RGP一月后融合较初戴RGP有所改善,立体视也逐步恢复正常。结论戴用RGP可使屈光参差患者获得清晰视力的同时,还可减少不等像视,促进融合,使多数患者获得良好的立体视觉,为屈光参差患者视力矫正的理想选择。Objective To observe and study the difference of stereoscopic vision in myopic ani-sometropia eyes corrected by rigid gaspermeable contact lens(RGP) and spectacles.Method Worth-four-dots light and Random-dot stereogram were used to mearsure the fusion function and stereoscopic vision in 56 myopic anisometropia patients who wore spectacles ,then RGP,and RGP for one month. Results Compared with spectacles,fusion function and stereoscopic vision were greatly increased when the patients wore RGP(P 〈0.05) and RGP for one month(P〈0.01) .Conclusions RGP could improve optical quality and reduce aniseiko-nia which is helpful to get better fusion and stereoscopic vision for anisometropia.
