对地方普通高校体育专业师资队伍现状的研究

摘　　要：采用文献资料、问卷调查、数据统计等方法对地方普通高校体育专业教师数量、学历结构、年龄结构以及职称结构等方面进行调查。结果表明:地方普通高校体育专业教师年龄结构较为合理,师资队伍呈年轻化趋势;科研和学科建设发展态势良好。但存在着教师数量总体不足;学科与术科教师配置失衡,理论课教师相对紧缺;高学历教师所占比例偏低等问题。The paper studies the current situation of teaching staff in sports majors in local colleges in terms of personnel＇s number, educational background, age and academic title by literature review, questionnaire, data statistics. The result shows that the age structure of staff is rather reasonable and the average age of staff is lower; that the scientific research and facuity construction have a sound development. However, there are still some problems, including shortage of staff, especially in sports theory staff; the unbalance between theory staff and skill staff; low proportion of staff with advanced academic degrees.
