摘 要:1994年9月至1995年12月在中国科学院南海海洋研究所大亚湾海洋生物综合实验站展开合浦珠母贝PinctadamartensiiDunker幼虫和幼苗摄食率和摄食节律的研究。通过对该贝幼虫和幼苗摄食率与生物饵料浓度的关系的模拟分析,得到了二次多项式方程:FR=α+βC-γC2。在该方程中建立了生产性育苗时的生物饵料藻最适投喂浓度(Copt),C0pt=-β/2γ。在最适饵料藻投喂浓度的条件下,幼虫和幼苗摄食率最大。当饵料藻投喂浓度低于Copt时,摄食率是线性快速增长,当饵料藻投喂浓度高于Copt时,摄食率呈下降趋势。合浦珠母贝幼虫和幼苗摄食节律的特点是摄食率在夜间和白天差别不明显。因此,Copt的建立以及对该贝幼虫和幼苗摄食节律的特点的认识,对于大规模生产育苗具有重要的指导意义。Thse experiments were carried out in Daya Bay Marine Biology ResearchStation, South Chna Sea Institute of Oceanology from September of l994 toDecember of l995. Through modeling and analysing the relationship between feedingrate (FK cells. hour) and algal concentration (C cells . l-1) of pearl oyster larvaeand juveuiles of Pinctada martensii, we get a suitable model:FR = α +β C-γ C2. Inhis equation, there exist a maximum feeding rate (FRmax .) when algal concentrationreaches Copt [Copt = - β / 2γ), and feeding at increases rapidly with the increaseof algal concentaion when algal concentalon is less than Copt but when algalconcentration is over Copt feeding rate trends to decrease with the increase of algalconcenhation. The chaseterishcs of feeding rhythm is tha although the mean feedingrate of lareae at daytime is slightly higher than that at night and the feeding at ofjuveniles at daytime is slightly lower than that at night there are no significantdifference between daytime feeding rate and nigh ttime feeding rate. lt is important tOfind the Copt and the characterishcs of feeding rhythm of the Pear oyster larvae andjuveniles for the cultual inderstry.
