摘　　要：本文在分析了纺织机上所使用的纺锭杆失效原因以及其制造的相关工艺后,提出了用激光淬火工艺来提高纺锭杆的使用寿命。并通过进行激光淬火试验,分析了激光淬火后的金相组织。提出了用具体的激光淬火方案,保证了激光淬火工艺所能达到的效果。This paper analyse the invalidationd reason of hasp pole which used in textile machine and correlative manufacturing technology, and put forward a new technology that using laser quenching to improve the lifespan of hasp pole. By doing a experimentation of laser quenching on hasp pole, analyse the metallostructure of quenched hasp pole. Bring a availability scheme which can make laser quenching technology works.
