摘　　要：目的探讨肺耐药蛋白(LRP)在食管癌组织中的表达及意义。方法应用免疫组织化学S-P法对58例术前未行化疗的食管癌组织切片中的LRP表达进行分析。结果58例食管癌患者中43例LRP蛋白表达阳性,阳性率为74.13%,LRP蛋白表达与癌组织浸润深度、淋巴结转移有关;与癌组织分化程度无关。结论食管癌LRP表达水平与癌组织浸润深度、淋巴结转移有密切关系,可能是食管癌原发性多药耐药的一种重要机制。Objective To investigate the expression of lung resistance protein （LRP） in primary esophageal carcinoma and its clinical significance. Methods 58 previously untreated patients with esophageal carcinoma were studied for the expression of LRP by using immunohistochemistry, Results The positive expression rate of LRP was 74.13%. Expression of LRP was related to invasive depth of the tumors and lymph nodes metastasis, but not related to tumor differentiation. Conclusion The high expression of LRP is correlated with invasiveness and lymphatic metastasis and plays an important role in the primary muhidrug resistence of esophageal carcinoma.
